Brief your design team.

After you have paid your project deposit, you'll be assigned a Creative Director who will become your point of contact. They will then assemble your design team.

Speak to your Creative Director if you have any questions, problems or issues throughout the process

We use an in-depth briefing system that gets to the core of what you need, want and expect. Our questions explore your particular market and customers - all of which give us a good grounding to be able to produce designs that you and your customers will respond to.

This can be completed through your client area - or you can of course speak to your creative director over the phone.

This process is really important! Some other companies out there on the Internet don't take briefing seriously, however Bubble strongly believes that although it can be a bit of an effort, it enables us to produce the right ideas, first time around.

See design concepts.

Each concept is a fully thought out and viable option. Your Creative Director will try to go in different directions with each concept to allow for maximum creative choice.

The benefits of multiple designers »

^ top

Our model works because we know how to harness creativity. With logo projects, each designer produces 2 concepts each - and there would be a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 designers in your particular design team.

For other projects including web design and brochure design we ensure that a separate conceptual designer creates each design concept - the same benefits apply.

We ask that you choose one overall favourite from the options presented, and your Creative Director will also recommend their preference, together with their reasoning behind it.

Revise and tweak, until perfect!

Included in all of our package prices, or custom quotes (which are overall project fees) are unlimited amendments. With logos, for example, you are free to literally make as many amendments as you like - except for the creation of new concepts.

You are also able to make as many minor amendments to your web design or print design project - major amendments are then £15 a amendment - much more cost effective than our competitors.

With logos, this process can be quite important. As a minimum we will always recommend seeing different colour ways and type face options for a favourite concept - even if you feel very happy with the initial concept.

Other amendments in a logo project can include combining elements from different designs to form a hybrid, different applications of the icon and more - however your Creative Director will advise if they feel the requested amendment is a good or a bad move - sometimes, from experience, it's best to keep certain styles and applications in the way they are presented.

However - never be afraid to ask for what ever you would like to see and we will jump into action, all within the quoted price. No strings attached!

All the formats you'll ever need!

And, if you ever need your logo or whatever we helped you with in a different format to what was initially supplied, we'll provide it free of charge.

Afterall, what would be the point of putting all that effort in, if you couldn't show our work off at it's best!
